Full-Service Travel Design

$350 per week of travel For travelers who want the whole journey thoughtfully designed — without having to manage every detail themselves.

We’ll start with how you like to travel: your interests, budget, pace, priorities, and the things you absolutely do (and decidedly do not) want to do. From there, I’ll design a trip entirely around you.

  • Full-service planning includes:

    • Hotel research & booking

    • Transportation & private transfers

    • Tours, guides & special experiences

    • Restaurant, food & wine recommendations

    • Cultural, shopping & local recommendations

    • A beautifully organized digital itinerary

    • Support before and during your travels

Hotel Research 

Cost: $100

You know where you're going. You know your dates. You just don't want to spend the next three evenings comparing hotel rooms, neighborhoods, cancellation policies, and whether “partial sea view” means the Mediterranean or a particularly optimistic glimpse between two air-conditioning units.

I'll research your destination and create a personalized shortlist of hotels based on your budget, travel style, location preferences, and priorities.

If you choose to book one of the recommended hotels through Slow Travel Lab, I'll handle the reservation and details from there.

Free Hotel Booking 

Cost: $0

If you've already chosen your hotel, there is no planning fee to book your stay through Slow Travel Lab.

I'll make the reservation on your behalf and, when available through Fora's preferred hotel programs, your stay may include additional benefits such as:
